Love their food! They have a great variety that can please a wide range of tastes and cravings! They are also pretty quick at getting your order ready. I normally do tasked out and never have to wait more than 20 minutes. Love their Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour Pork!

Good if you basically want something close and quick. Definitely not the best Chinese food, but it's okay. Service is by far not the best, trying to do a to go order is a nightmare sometimes when you talk to a teenager who definitely could care less to be there. The phone etiquette was just plain awful.

I got the sesame chicken and it was pretty good. Nothing amazing here, but if you want some quick good Chinese in Eagle Mountain then this place will work.

Terrible service. I would choose to put no stars if it would let me. Would have loved to try their food and every where on google including their own website says they are open from 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm yet even though it is only 5:30 I've spent twenty minutes calling multiple times trying to get through to them and never an answer. If they are open terrible first impression, if they aren't very unprofessional in my eyes for them not to update their website.

Good food! We always do take out, and it's been good everytime. The fried rice and beef and broccoli are my favs! Great service, and good prices. This is my oldest sons favorite place to eat! It's nice to have such yummy food so close!

Great food! I regularly get the sesame chicken and my wife loves the orange chicken. We have not had a bad experience yet and it is great to have such an awesome restaurant in Eagle Mountain.

I like this place. Lots of food for the price. Quick and friendly. It's good food but not like outstanding. I do like it better than Panda however.

You're better off going to Panda Express. Owners are nice but there's nothing authentic or special about this place. I had Mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken.

It was alright not what everybody bracket to be but according to all my friends I love this place and think it's the most amazing thing ever I was in a big fan of it though

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. So glad I came here tonight. The food was hot and fresh. Cooked to perfection and flavors were wonderful. The broccoli in my broccoli beef was cooked and still crisp not soggy like Panda Express. The sweet and sour chicken was actually white breast meat chicken, not mystery meat. The breading on the chicken was good too. There egg rolls and cream cheese Wantons seem they are hand made not the frozen kind. This is like a New York or L.A. Style Chinese food restaurant not like nasty Panda Express. I wish they would deliver to Saratoga Springs Area but the short trip is worth it. They are right by the holiday oil gas station up the street from Ridleys. Going here you will not be disappointed.

We eat here every few months. My favorite is the lemon chicken combo. We like the pot stickers and beef and broccoli. The only thing that could be better is the cleanliness of the dining room and maybe a little more friendliness.

Great little restaurant no matter where it would be located. So glad they are close to my house. Fried rice is amazing and everything else I've tried there is quality. Service isn't great, limited parking yet the owner insists on taking one of the 3 spots in front every time. This attitude is carried on to the way she handles customers. Might be 5 stars if she was more personable...

Pretty good take-out Chinese food for a decent price in Eagle Mountain. We don't go there very often but when we want something close and are tired of the great pizza at Village Pizza, we go here. The potstickers are good and I really like the sweet and sour pork.

meh...it was edible but far from delish. The oil used to make the Mongolian beef was rancid, so we tossed that. The sweet and sour pork was ok, as was the lemon chicken. if we had other Chinese options near here, we'd probably not go to this one again. We'll give it one more try to see if it was just an "off" day.

Gone here a few times to get a quick fix for our Chinese food cravings. They have the Americanized version of Chinese food but nothing really authentic like a (chef recommendations) section. Gotta head north for that lol

I'm not a big fan of Chinese food (despite my being part Chinese) but this place has really flavorful dishes, the food is fresh and made when you order. They also give good sized portions for the price you pay! My husband and I love the Sesame Chicken and Mixed Vegetables with Tofu. :) It's very conveniently located for us too. My only concerns are the actual eating area ( not exactly very inviting) and their delivery guys... Called to order delivery several times but ended up still picking it up because their delivery person didn't show up.

Great food!! So delicious! Everything we've tried is great. You won't be disappointed! Don't bother going to Panda Express, that's just gross. This is the real deal. Grew up in Seattle and we dined a lot in china town, same great food! Very reasonable. More of a take out place though, atmosphere isn't the greatest unless you're just needing to eat quick. Always fun to grab Chinese and go picnic at Nolan Park & splash pad in the summer! Or picnic before soccer or tball games/practice.

I usually have a good experience at China Express. Sometimes the wait for your food can be quite long. Great Chinese food. The dining area is a bit small, but if you go during non-busy times it is not bad at all.

The food is really good & you can order & either go pick it up or have it delivered to you(there may be a charge for delivery).Their beef lo mein is one of the best entrees I've really eaten. And the ham fried rice, yummy! If you like chinese food, then come here.

Like other Yelpers, I was surprised at how good the food was here. This is not high-end, restaurant-style food, but for take-out it's pretty good. The service is quick, the selection is pretty good, and the portions are fairly generous.

For a Chinese place located in the center of the Ranches, I was pleasantly surprised. They have the usual selection of chinese dishes, ranging from sweet and sour, to Lo Mein, to Moo Goo Gai Pan and back to Kung Pao. So far all of the dishes I've tried have been tasty. The portions are generous, and the owners seem friendly. My rating is base primarily on location. I've had better Chinese, but for a place that is less than 5 mins from my house I'm not going to complain. I've enjoyed everything I've had so far and I'm sure I'll be back.

Completely surprised by this place! Food was served hot, fresh & made to order. It isn't a high end Chinese restaurant, but for fast to go Chinese food, I'll be back for sure. Generous settings too. We ordered the family dinner for 4 & it was too much, we brought half home for leftovers.

Pretty good! Sometimes you just want easy Chinese take out, & we were impressed. Food cooked to order, served steaming hot, meat in the dishes were high quality & tender. No MSG. We ordered the family meal for 4 & will have left over for days, only $34.99 for tons if food. Very little seating, mostly a take out place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
